The Manager partners with the Director of New Business & Innovation Planning to manage and evolve the Innovation Pipeline by identifying, evaluating, recommending and piloting new business opportunities for CR. The Manager will use a consumer-centric approach to exploring new strategic “white spaces”, where CR is best positioned to uniquely address consumer needs, by developing new solutions that drive significant revenue growth. This role works closely with the Director, CR Leadership, and other key stakeholders to help prioritize and recommend new business initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Business Strategy; MBA preferred
A minimum of six to eight years of business strategy and innovation experience, including developing strategic frameworks, analyzing and synthesizing data, and problem-solving
Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
Strong visualization skills and good understanding of UX in relation to visualization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present ideas and build consensus with stakeholders
Ability to persuade internal stakeholders, using a data-driven, strategic approach.
Strong collaborator, with excellent ability to partner with leadership and other stakeholders
