The Program Manager - Market Analysis will be central to maintaining a data-driven, consistent market analysis and product recommendation process across CR’s product categories. This position will continuously evaluate and improve the market analyst functionality that we employ to ensure use of best practices, methods and tools as well as ensuring the appropriate resources to function efficiently, effectively and highly collaborative. Utilizes expertise and knowledge of landscape to provide insights to business needs and budget recommendations to ensure CR keeps pace in constantly changing marketplace.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred. Prior 5-7 years market analysis experience including competitive market trends and product recommendations, preferably in product categories tested by CR. Competitive landscape presentations to stakeholders, extensive use of market analysis data sources and tools. Exceptional project management and data analysis skills required. Ability to negotiate with and manage vendors. Ability to clearly and accurately convey product recommendation rationales and broad market trends to test managers, content creators, and other internal audiences. Experience training staff preferred.
