The Consumer Insights team supports Consumer Reports’ business objectives by analyzing our consumers’ behavior to help create a better customer experience. Consumer Reports is dedicated to empowering consumers with information and helping to create a safer and more equitable marketplace. You will analyze survey, website traffic, and third party data to help create a more meaningful experience for our members and attract new audiences. You will have an important role in efforts to inform business strategy, understand the consumer journey, increase customer retention and loyalty, improve brand perception, and build new services.
