As our social media program manager you will create campaigns that incite engagement and generate excitement around the work we do on behalf of consumers, ranging from investigations exposing contaminants in water, advice on how to protect your digital privacy  or recognition of women and trailblazers who have improved our lives.   You’ll collaborate with our content, marketing, and design teams to raise awareness of our brand within the Twitter community, especially among younger and diverse audiences.   


Your expertise will influence the strategy we implement when it comes to how we engage new audiences, participate in conversations and help our thought leaders establish their presence on the platform. 


What You'll Do



  • Manage and grow CR’s presence on Twitter, and other similar community sites as needed
  • Advocate for the organization in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Ideate campaigns designed to attract new and diverse audiences
  • Using Sprinklr, monitor posts and commentary across Twitter on a daily basis
  • Work with content, marketing, design and video teams to create engaging social media posts that support audience goals
  • Prepare creative briefs and organize assets 
  • Guide CR thought leaders in social media strategy
  • Identify appropriate influencers for the CR brand
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaignsRegularly provide insights gained from social media monitoring to help inform and evolve organizational strategies


What We Need To See

  • You have advanced knowledge and understanding of Twitter and other social media and networking platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
  • Experience working with content teams 
  • Demonstrated success in audience engagement and growth of brand presence supported by data and metrics
  • You have experience engaging and attracting young and diverse audiences
  • You have proficiency with Sprinklr or a similar platform
  • You are proficient in social listening and community management
  • You are comfortable working collaboratively and cross functionally

  • You understand and can contribute to the creative asset process
