The Opportunity

In continuing our commitment to creating a safer and more equitable marketplace for consumers, Consumer Reports is creating innovative new ways to share the insights that we gather during the course of our consumer products testing and survey research with manufacturers and other companies and organizations to help them make or advance better and safer products. 

 

In this role, you will  support CR’s relationships with data intelligence clients by providing analytical and operational support, as well as, interfacing with internal teams to provide best-in-class service to manufacturer and policy partners.



What you will do

  • Troubleshoot accounts for clients, handling technical support, responding to inquiries, and ensuring they receive timely information regarding CRDI’s products
  • Conducts client demonstrations and training on product use, serves as a point of contact, ensuring needs are satisfied and renewals strong - communicates and escalates client needs to internal teams
  • Prepare and analyze presentations, reports, contracts, and other key documents
  • Make meaningful contributions to CRDI’s strategy and product/analytics development priorities
  • You will ensure that client communications maintain CR’s independence and mission while providing clients with valuable insights that will help them to make data driven decisions
  • You will be responsible for managing account revenue forecasts 

About You

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in addition minimum four years of  experience in a sales or account management role focused on research analytics and/or data-centric solutions
  • You are very comfortable analyzing consumer data and developing insights for businesses and other organizations
  •  You have experience working in a heavily matrixed organization and have successfully built consensus among stakeholders Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products (Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
