CR’s New Ventures team discovers, incubates, and grows new products and services designed to solve thorny consumer problems. Working on the New Ventures team feels a lot like working at a startup—we're a small, nimble, collaborative, and creative team that's dedicated to impact. But we also work regular hours and offer the stability of working for an established non-profit. We respect work-life balance and work on a double bottom line—generating impact and revenue.
As a Senior Experience Designer, you’ll report to the Director, User Experience and be the dedicated design partner to the New Ventures Innovation Team— working to design, test, and launch digital products that bring positive impact to consumers across personal finance, data privacy, and home management.
Under our CRFlex program, this position is eligible for remote work.
You’ll explore, ideate on, launch, and grow digital products—working side by side with product, user research, engineering, and marketing. You’ll own design problems and opportunities end-to-end. From initial concept through shipping and growth, you’ll put customers first and utilize design thinking principles to work through all facets of the product design life cycle; from discovery and concept ideation, through flows and wireframes, to full-fidelity prototype designs. You’ll have the opportunity to think and act big, driving continuous innovation with a bias for action and thoughtful experimentation.
