As our Benefits and Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for the administration of our health and compensation plans for both current and former employees, as needed. A day in the life might include orienting new employees, working with our outside vendors and providers, spearheading open enrollment and the administrative details associated with COBRA and FSA plans. You will also work closely with our compensation team to prepare and research job descriptions, participate in third party salary surveys and utilize data in order to analyze competitive market research on internal and external salaries
Reporting to the Manager, Benefits, you will be part of CR’s People & Culture team. We are looking for someone who loves working directly with other people, enjoys problem solving and, using their experience with and knowledge of federal and local regulations and compliance requirements to ensure our programs run smoothly.
This is a hybrid position. Under our CRFlex program, this position is eligible for Fully Remote status for candidates who live more than 75 miles from one of our main office locations (Yonkers, NY, Washington DC, Colchester, CT). Additionally, the successful candidate must reside in one of the following locations: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Texas, Vermont, Washington D.C.
