Consumer Reports is currently seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join the CR People & Culture team! The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of people related systems, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, modifications, integrations, and the build-out of new capabilities in the HRIS. He/She will work across systems to build complex reports and create dashboards to support division and organizational decision making and ensure efficient HR business practices.
Under our CRFlex program, this is a hybrid position and is eligible for remote work up to 90%. The successful candidate must reside within 75 miles of one of our main office locations (Colchester, CT, Washington, DC, Yonkers, NY.)
As a Senior HRIS Analyst you will build, monitor, and maintain multi system integrations with the HRIS and partner with P&C team to enable the effective use of core HRIS and workflow solutions. You will build complex reports joining multiple data sets, including from external sources and calculated fields when necessary and partner with Finance to manage position control while ensuring alignment with departmental coding and budget. As Senior HRIS Analyst you will lead the design, creation and maintenance of dashboards and visualizations and provide data analysis and visualizations that reinforce division initiatives, facilitate communication, and support decision making.
