As an Associate Marketing Director, Brand Licensing on this team, you’ll report to the General Manager, Brand Licensing. In this position, you’ll drive the marketing and communications strategy for our brand and content licensing program, including the creation and execution of marketing plans designed to drive awareness and consideration for our new, licensedto manufacturers and retailers.

This is a hybrid position. Under our CRFlex program, this is a hybrid position is eligible for Fully Remote status for candidates who live more than 75 miles from one of our main office locations (Yonkers, NY, Washington DC, Colchester, CT). Additionally, the successful candidate must reside in one of the following locations: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Texas, Vermont, Washington D.C.
How You'll Make an Impact:
You’ll oversee the marketing and communications strategy of our licensed content program to drive both B2B and B2C awareness, engagement and revenue growth for our licensed products. These products help make unique product and service information more accessible to consumers across their shopping journey while also guiding manufacturers towards creating products that are safer, reliable and more equitable.
As Associate Marketing Director, Brand Licensing you will manage external agencies and partner with internal stakeholders to support the discovery of new, licensed products and help define and execute campaigns. This includes product positioning, strategic messaging and campaign creative development. You’ll also help lead campaign budgeting, testing and measurement to optimize for cost, quality of customer, high engagement, and brand loyalty.
