OVERVIEW

CR is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to play a key role in helping to grow CR’s digital membership. This individual will be responsible for website and paid media creative development, landing page optimization, and testing roadmaps. They will work closely with Digital Marketing teams, Creative teams, and Product & Design to map consumer journeys with the goal of improving engagement and conversion rates. Beyond digital marketing acumen, this individual will need to possess a strong eye for creative and design.

 

 Under our CRFlex program, this is a hybrid position and is eligible for remote work up to 90%. The successful candidate must reside within 75 miles of one of our main CR office location in Yonkers, NY.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As Senior Marketing Associate you will explore creative strategies for new emerging digital platforms to increase brand awareness and consideration with target audiences and ultimately, to drive membership.  You will conduct A/B testing, pilot innovative ideas, use data to make real time optimizations and work closely with the Director, Digital Acquisition to manage and optimize digital efforts to grow and support membership.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll Be Highly Rated If:

  • You have a minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience - with at least 3 years of experience in digital campaign development, content management and multivariate testing.
  • You have a strong creative eye -  e.g. design, creative and UX
  • You have experience working on digital creative - and with marketing agencies effectively to achieve business goals.
  • You have an audience-first mindset - with a commitment to maintaining and improving membership experience.
  • You are an expert in A/B testing - with a proven track record of implementing learnings in real time for campaign success.
  • You are an analytical thinker - with the ability to leverage data to inform and influence decision-making.
  • You have experience -  presenting results, reports, and recommendations - to senior leadership.
  • You are an inquisitive individual with ongoing curiosity - about the ever-changing digital environment and the ability to deliver innovative ideas.

FAIR PAY & A JUST WORKPLACE

Consumer Reports, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation. The target salary range for this position is $84K to $95K. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. Compensation for the successful candidate will be informed by the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.
